Starting in 2027 we will offer a 3-week barista and work readiness training programme in West London that culminates in a job interview in a London Cafe.

Both Deaf and hearing candidates can apply.  Our Sector-based work academy programme is free for qualifying candidates.  To check if you qualify please complete the application below.

Our training programme is fully integrated and accessible for Deaf learners.  This means hearing trainees will train alongside Deaf colleagues and will learn the BSL signs for coffee.  Deaf candidates will be fully supported with BSL interpreters and they will learn to work alongside hearing co-workers.
